Our Vision & Mission

The goal is to expand the capacities of the black youth and help shape their progress towards becoming well informed local leaders readily available to represent and be meaningfully involved in a highly racially polarized system and committed to addressing social change issues. Our community engagement programs have common elements of leadership and governance training, moral and legal premise, social consciousness, and integrity.

Our Approach

In Transition Africa, we look at the holistic framework of the development of the world through its own people. We believe the total transformation of oneself leads to the total transformation of the entire world. All leadership and development exploration programs are researched to give the individual the firm foundation to lead. Our research spans from the individual through leadership and governance to development.

We research to find new models of leadership development programs to complement and improve the already existing ones. These are then integrated to give the leader up-to-date innovative trends in leadership skill acquisition and be able to address all forms of challenges.

By way of achieving institutional development, we bring to bear principles to follow through, values to acquire, structures and systems to put in place. Transition Africa aims to develop individuals and groups of leaders through various training programs that focus on self-development and capacity building. The programs have common elements of leadership training, moral and legal premise, social consciousness and integrity.

Transition Africa provides coaching support and believes in enhancing experiences through networking and alliance building. The goal is to expand the capacities of young people and help shape their progress towards becoming local and global leaders committed to addressing social change issues. We also impact on both local and global policies by way of advocacy and the demystification of those policies.
